No bus trip to Aurora Province

The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB), meanwhile, ordered the temporary suspension of all bus trips to Aurora province on account of the typhoon signal warning from TD Maring raised by PAGASA.

“Buses plying said route are advised yto remain in their respective terminals to provide their passengers ready access to food and personal amenities,” said the LTFRB directive.

According to DOTr Assistant Secretary for Maritime Fernando Perez, meanwhile, ferry boats and RORO vessels remain operational at the Batangas port. However, smaller vessels like bancas going to Puerto Galera have been suspended as reported by the Batangas port manager.

Both international ports MICT and South Harbor remain open for receiving cargo.

Montenegro shipping has suspended vessel voyages to and from Lucena and Marinduque due to bad weather. All other routes remain operational.

Meanwhile, the PNR also suspended its operations. Train tracks in Blumentritt and Laon-Laan stations were flooded. Debris strewn over San Pedro Bridge also made it impassable.
