Philippines must manage elevated food prices — NEDA chief

 The Philippines needs to manage elevated food prices, economic planning minister Arsenio Balisacan said on Wednesday, after data showed the economy’s full-year growth performance fell short of the government’s 6.0% to 7.0% target for 2023.
