Philippines cash remittances up 4% y/y in April

 Cash remittances rose 4% to $2.66 billion in April from a year earlier, the Philippine central bank said on Monday.

For the January-to-April period, cash remittances sent through banks increased 3% from a year earlier to $11.11 billion.
