MANILA, Philippines — It will be a wet Tuesday in most of the country, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.
“Cloudy skies with light to moderate rain showers and thunderstorm will be experienced over Bicol region, Western Visayas and the provinces of Mindoro (and) Aurora and Polilio Island,” the state weather bureau said.
“Partly cloudy to cloudy skies will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the country with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening,” it added.
Moderate to occasionally strong winds blowing from the west to southwest will prevail over extreme northern Luzon, where coastal waters will be moderate to occasionally rough.
“Light to moderate winds coming from the east to southeast will prevail over Visayas and the rest of Luzon and coming from the west to southwest over Mindanao with slight to moderate seas,” Pagasa said.
