More than 30 artworks, rendered in acrylic and pencil are on exhibit. A press write-up notes that through the art show, Nemi Miranda and his fellow artists “hope to help in alleviating people’s suffering and pay tribute to the bravery of the Filipino soldiers. The exhibit also intends to gain the support of the public as they restore back the glory of Marawi.”

Miranda’s exhibit depicts the bravery and heroism of Filipino soldiers and the resilience of the citizens who fought against the rebels.

Live art sessions and portrait sessions led by Nemi Miranda and other artists will be conducted during the opening of the art exhibit. The public is invited to attend a painting demo and poetry session during the opening program as well.
