Philippine government reports P68.4 billion budget surplus in January

MANILA — The Philippine government posted a P68.4 billion ($1.19 billion) budget surplus PHBUD=ECI in January, down 22% from a year earlier, the Bureau of the Treasury said on Tuesday.
