SB19’s historic performance at Lollapalooza was not only witnessed by fans in Chicago but also by thousands of Filipinos who gathered at watch parties across the country in support of the P-pop group.
The Department of Tourism (DOT), one of the organizers of the viewing events, mounted simultaneous watch parties in Manila, Clark, Cebu, Davao, Bacolod, Puerto Princesa, Tagbilaran, Butuan and Cagayan de Oro.
The celebration also extended to the private sector. Puregold held its “A’Tin A’Tin Lang” watch party at Puregold Qi Central after announcing that all 300 slots had been filled in less than 30 minutes, while Ayala Malls also hosted watch parties for fans to catch SB19’s historic performance.

“More than a watch party, it is a nationwide celebration of Filipino talent, pride, and unity—with simultaneous gatherings happening in Manila, Clark, Cebu, Davao, Bacolod, Puerto Princesa, Tagbilaran, Butuan, and Cagayan de Oro,” the DOT said.
At Rizal Park in Manila, the agency dubbed the gathering”Lunetapalooza.”
“No ticket? No problem,” the DOT said in another post.
“For A’TIN, the heart of the celebration is right here at Lunetapalooza in Rizal Park. Fans who missed out on tickets still came together to witness SB19’s historic Lollapalooza performance on the big screen. No barrier when it comes to supporting Filipino excellence.”
Following SB19’s set, the tourism agency celebrated the group’s appearance, posting: “From Lunetapalooza to Lollapalooza, the Philippines is cheering as one.”
It also highlighted the group’s performance of “VISA” on the international stage.
During its debut at the Chicago music festival, SB19 performed a 10-song set consisting of “DAM,” “Gento,” “Lawless,” “Emoji,” “MAPA,” “Wakas,” Francis Magalona’s “Mga Kababayan,” “VISA,” “Dungka,” and “CRIMZONE.”
In Davao City, the DOT’s regional office shared that fans gathered at The Royal Mandaya Hotel in the early hours of the morning to watch the performance together.
“From Davao to Chicago, fans have gathered at The Royal Mandaya Hotel to witness SB19 take the Lollapalooza stage and celebrate another proud moment for Filipino music,” DOT Davao Region said.
“The hour may be early, but the energy inside the venue is already at an all-time high. Together, A’TIN Davao is singing, cheering, and showing the world how deeply we support our MAHALIMA. Five icons. One global stage. One unforgettable morning.”
Ahead of the performance, the National Parks Development Committee (NPDC) illuminated the Rizal Monument in blue, the official color of SB19, in support of the group’s Lollapalooza appearance.
“Tonight, the Rizal Monument turns blue!” the agency said.
“In support of the highly anticipated performance of the newest Philippine Tourism Ambassadors, SB19, at Lollapalooza, the National Parks Development Committee (NPDC) lit up the monument in the group’s official color.”
The agency added: “From the thousands of A’TIN gathered here at Rizal Park Luneta to witness this historic moment — break a leg, Kings of P-Pop! The Philippines is with you.”
The celebration also spread online, with the DOT’s official marketing page, Tourism PHL, joking: “Never beating the kulto allegations.”
The P-pop group’s Lollapalooza debut was also streamed on Disney+, without replay.

SB19 also joined the online buzz with a playful post, writing: “Lollapalooza? More like Lawlesspalooza.” The caption is a play on the group’s newest single, “Lawless.”
SB19 is one of the Philippines’ two P-pop tourism ambassadors, alongside BINI.
