MANILA, Philippines — De La Salle University Manila graduate Dino Dominic Forte Ligutan topped the licensure examination for Electronics Engineers this year with a rating of 94 percent.
Arnulfo Derecho Baruc Jr. of the Technological University of the Philippines-Visayas took top spot in the board exam for Electronics Technicians with 95 percent.

The Professional Regulation Commission said 2,235 of 4,784 examinees passed the Electronics Engineer licensure exams while 2,916 of 3,258 passed the Electronics Technician licensure exams which were given this month in Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Davao and Lucena cities.
Board passers can register online at www.prc.gov.ph from November 3 to 8 for the issuance of their Professional Identification Card and Certificate of Registration. They should then personally sign the Roster of Registered Professionals, bringing with them the following: duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, notice of admission, two passport-size pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag), two sets of documentary stamps and one short brown envelope.
The date and venue for the oath-taking ceremony will be announced later.
