Renowned chef Chele Gonzalez is taking his culinary mastery to your events.
The chef has just launched his catering business, Chele Catering, a joint project with his wife, Teri Gonzalez, and his long-time friends and partners, Carlos Villaflor and Cyril Addison.
Prior to the official launch on March 13, Chele Catering joined members of the press and TV personalities on a sunset sail on March 12, where guests had the opportunity to taste their freshly prepared dishes and experience their hospitality.

Chele Catering offers a refined dining experience, courtesy of seasoned service teams. For bespoke casual dining events, Deli by Chele event catering will also be available.
Chef Chele is no stranger to taking on the role of caterer, having previously headed catering and events for the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao, Spain.
In an interview with Interaksyon, Chele shared that clients and friends who have known him for a long time in the food and beverage industry have encouraged him to offer catering services.
They began catering in a more private and intimate setting two years ago.
“They say, ‘Okay, Chele, can you do a catering for us?’ So, for two years, we were slowly, slowly building the team, the commissary, until we felt that we were ready to go public,” he shared.
“There are so many things that can be done in the culinary world, in the catering world. I like to keep everything fresh, as you can see. Then see the taste better. So, that’s a little bit the plan, you know, to give another vision… what we are trying to say is, bring catering to a different level, no?” the chef added.
The launch of Chele Catering comes after the chef’s other venture, Gallery by Chele, reentered Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 50-100 list for 2025, ranking no. 72.
Gallery by Chele is the only Philippine restaurant that made it to this year’s Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants extended list.
