MANILA, Philippines — Marilou Danley, who U.S. authorities described as the girlfriend of Stephen Paddock, the gunman responsible for the massacre of concert-goers in Las Vegas early this week, has left the Philippines for the United States, the Bureau of Immigration said.

A BI spokesperson said Danley left Manila on Philippine Airlines flight PR 102 bound for Los Angeles on Tuesday night, October 3.
U.S. law enforcement officials said they have turned their investigation on the massacre, which claimed at leas 59 lives and left hundreds more injured, on Danley, who they traced to the Philippines.
They also said Paddock had wired $100,000 to an account in the Philippines.
The BI spokesperson confirmed that Danley had been processed by immigration at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 2 at 5:56 p.m. Tuesday.
She added that Danley had arrived in the country on September 15 from Japan and had gone to Hong Kong on September 22, returning to the Philippines on September 25.
U.S. news network CNN reported past noon Philippine times that Danley had arrived in Los Angeles.
