In the video, Mimiyuuuh first greeted her followers and acted to show sympathy for the viewers’ sentiment of being sad about returning to work.

“Oh, bakit ka sad? Kasi back to work na naman tayo? Alam mo, wag ka nang malungkot. Kasi mamaya, may magalit,” the young content creator said.

“Kimi lang!” she added quickly with a laugh. The expression is her own version of “Just kidding” in English.

Mimiyuuuh also encouraged her viewers to smile.

“Wag ka nang malungkot. Work na lang po tayo kasi mamaya may mag-long post,” she quipped.

Mimiyuuh also changed tune and then added: “Kimi lang! Oy kimi lang. Yung HR. Yung HR mo yug maglo-long post kasi ang tamad tamad mo. Wala kang natatapos na trabaho. Gusto mo ba yung ganon? O di ba hindi naman?”

“Work na po tayo opo. Tara work tayo,” she concluded.

The video has since garnered more than 769,000 views on TikTok.

Mimiyuuuh’s tweet version, meanwhile, reached 2,081 retweets, 1,415 quote retweets and 11,200 likes, as of writing.

While Mimiyuuuh did not mention any name, several users perceived it to throw shade at Donnalyn Bartolome’s latest online posts.

“Love the shade,” a Twitter user said with a laughing emoji.

“Just Mimiyuuuh adding some shade to your dull Monday,” an online user tweeted.

“The shade of them all,” another user tweeted.

Others also thanked Mimiyuuuh for such a witty motivational video.

“Back to workkkkkkk!!! Monday motivation by @mimiyuuuh,” one Twitter user said.

“Let the Monday motivation be your #dailymotivation HAHAHA,” another user said.

Donnalyn previously posted a back-to-work statement where she questioned people’s complaints about returning to work after a long holiday weekend.

The 28-year-old vlogger then told them to be thankful and happy instead.

Several Filipinos, however, disagreed with Donnalyn’s comments. They also saw her views as “insensitive” to most of the workforce.
