MANILA — The Philippines and Vietnam will sign a memorandum of understanding on cooperation between their coastguard forces during President Ferdinand Marcos’ visit next week, his country’s coastguard said on Thursday.

Marcos will be in Vietnam for a two-day official visit starting on Monday.
