San Miguel Beer will be fielding in another new import after two disappointing games by Terik Bridgeman.
Terrence Watson is already in town but he failed to suit up in San Miguel’s game against Rain or Shine on Wednesday.
“Andito na siya, kaya lang wala pa siyang papers kaya hindi nakalaro,” San Miguel Beer coach Leo Austria told sportswriters right after the Beermen’s 103-96 triumph.
“Definitely, next game we’ll have him.”
Watson, who had stints in Iceland, Finland and Israel, will be replacing the listless Bridgeman who averaged a measly three points in two outings.
Austria said that Watson, who plays the wing position, will allow more room for reigning three-time MVP June Mar Fajardo to operate inside.
The Beermen started their campaign by signing up Wendell McKines but despite his impressive numbers, he was let go by the team.
