The Philippines central bank said on Friday it will start offering 56-day bills on June 30 as part of its initiatives to enhance its monetary and market liquidity operations.

It is an additional tenor under the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas’ Securities Facility and will be offered alongside the 28-day bills, it added.
