Two months ago, Vicki Belo and Hayden Kho announced that they would tie the knot in Paris, France in September.
But the celebrity couple, both known as medical practitioners specializing in cosmetic surgery and other related treatments, apparently could not wait to make their union official.
In her Instagram page on Friday, Dra. Vicki, as she is fondly known, posted this photo of her, Hayden, daughter Scarlet Snow and a special guest, Makati Mayor Abigail Binay.
At right about the same time, Hayden posted this photo of him and her on his own Instagram page.
The couple’s two-year old daughter, Scarlet Snow who also has an Instagram account of her own, posted this as well.
Not too many people had known about the wedding and even filmmaker Quark Henares, Vicki’s son from her previous marriage to businessman Atom Henares, was surprised at the development. Quark posted this message directed at his mother on his Facebook page early Saturday morning.
“Dear people with children: If you ever get married again be sure to give the kids a heads up, lest they find out via reporters calling them in the middle of the night,” Quark posted.
Vicki’s older daughter, Cristalle Henares, who married Australian hotelier Justin Pitt in Italy last year, had yet to post her reaction to her mother’s civil wedding.
Even as they were pronounced man and wife in civil rites in Makati, the earlier announced Paris wedding of Vicki and Hayden this coming September is still likely to push through as invitations to the couple’s closest friends had already been sent out.
