P-pop boy group BGYO and hip-hop artist Illest Morena are set to drop their newest tunes this June.

The Filipino boy band will release their single “Forever Tonight,” along with their extended play (EP) “On Demand,” on Thursday, June 4.

BGYO is known for their song “Tumitigil ang Mundo,” which was released in 2022. The group is composed of Akira Morishita, Gelo Rivera, Nate Porcalla, JL Toreliza and Mikki Claver.

ACEs, the fandom of the boy group, can also attend the EP launch for free on June 6 at SM Mall of Asia Music Hall in Pasay City.

A fresh track from Filipina hip-hop artist Illest Morena will also drop on June 12, with her latest single titled “I Don’t Wanna Wake You Up.”

Illest Morena has performed the song in previous live events, including on “Wish 107.5” and at “The Sprite Ultimate Summer Party.”
She is known for her songs “Faded (Raw),” “Lagabog,” and “Slow Burn,” and has recently collaborated with other musicians.

Eliza Maturan, the singer-songwriter behind “Museo,” teamed up with Illest Morena for the track “Lapit Kapit,” which was released earlier this year.

Meanwhile, R&B artist Demi collaborated with Illest Morena on “Tuloy,” another single that came out in May.

At the recent sunset party, both BGYO and Illest Morena braved the heat during their live performances.

Other artists, including Fitterkarma, Shanti Dope and Maxie Andreison, also performed at “The Sprite Ultimate Summer Party” held at SM Mall of Asia By the Bay on May 16.

The free-for-all event also featured booths and merchandise.
