The inaugural edition of the Michelin Guide Manila and Environs & Cebu 2026 marks a historic celebration of Philippine culinary heritage.

Beyond the Michelin Stars, the Guide recognizes establishments that offer exceptional quality and value through its Bib Gourmand list. In this first-ever Philippine edition, 25 establishments were honored under the Bib Gourmand category, 19 in Manila and Environs and 6 in Cebu, applauded for serving outstanding food at moderate prices.
The Guide also honors individuals who have made remarkable contributions to the country’s culinary landscape with Special Awards. This year’s launch includes one Green Star restaurant, recognizing a pioneer in sustainable gastronomy, as well as three Michelin Guide Special Awards celebrating excellence in the Young Chef, Service and Exceptional Cocktail categories.
The Michelin Green Star highlights restaurants in the Michelin Guide selection that have impressed Inspectors with their commitment to sustainable and mindful gastronomy.
